The Process
Through a precision-controlled application of heat and pressure, specialized inks are transferred deep into the powder coating layer. This ensures the pattern becomes an integral part of the finish rather than a surface-level film, significantly enhancing resistance to wear and environmental factors.

Flat Profiles & Paneling
Decora® excels in the high-fidelity finishing of expansive surface areas, providing a durable and lightweight alternative to heavy natural materials. Our facility is optimized for consistency, ensuring that every panel in a large-scale production run maintains a perfect color and grain match.
Production Capacity: We specialize in medium to large volume production runs, ensuring fast lead times for commercial-scale projects.
Maximum Dimensions: Our technology accommodates both flat and semi-raised paneling in sizes up to 54″ x 144″.
