Innovative Quality & Advanced Manufacturing at Decora®
At Decora®, we utilize cutting-edge powder coating technology featuring the first vertical powder coating line in Canada. This environmentally friendly process involves applying a free-flowing, thermoset powder to the surfaces of our materials, instead of traditional liquid coatings.
Once the powder is applied, the material enters a precisely controlled oven where the powder melts and fuses with the aluminum or steel, forming a durable, protective, and decorative finish. This process results in a long-lasting, hyper-durable coating that provides superior protection against weather, corrosion, and UV exposure.
Our vertical powder coating line is capable of handling extrusions up to 24 feet in length, making it ideal for large volume runs and quick turnarounds. Certified by industry leaders including PPG, Akzo-Nobel, Sherwin-Williams, IGP, Protech, and IFS, our coatings meet the rigorous standards of AAMA 2605. Backed by 20- or 30-year supplier warranties, our coatings ensure long-term performance and aesthetic appeal.

Large Batch Paint Line
Decora®s batch line is ideal for larger projects with the capacity to handle parts up to 35 feet in length, 12 feet in width and 12 feet high. Individual parts can weigh up to 5,000 lbs. and be of almost any shape and metal type.
High Volume Production Paint Line
Decora® two thousand linear foot production line contains two separate pretreatment wash systems, each one dedicated to a separate metal, steel and aluminum. These washes prepare the parts properly for the best possible architectural coating performance. Certified by PPG, Akzo-Nobel and Sherwin-Williams for the use of AAMA 2605 coatings and backed by a 20 year supplier warranty, this line can handle extrusions up to 24′ in length and is perfect for large volume runs that require a quick turnaround.
