Production Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will ensure schedules are met, manpower is effectively allocated, and production runs efficiently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute daily and weekly production schedules
- Organize manpower and allocate workforce based on production needs
- Supervise and lead production employees to meet output and quality targets
- Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager regarding performance, issues, and delays
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions quickly
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards through ongoing inspections and checks
- Monitor workflow and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture on the floor
- Ensure proper documentation and production records are completed accurately
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of production scheduling and workforce planning
- Experience with troubleshooting production issues in real-time
- Quality-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in powder coating, metal finishing, or similar industrial processes
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Basic computer skills for reporting and production tracking
